Perkins vs Piper.

Rondo set out to be a spoiler in this race and he did take upwards of 10% in some areas.. it wasn’t enough. (We’ll have a head-to-head comparison of Rondo vs Bubba shortly – Bubba actually outperformed Rondo in certain quarters.)

Out of all city council races this year, a Republican only won TWO precincts. Total. Chris Piper eked out the two, more conservative precincts in southeast Bend.
